Adopt A Cat

Currently Available For Rehoming

We have several wonderful cats in our care that have made their way to us through no fault of their own. All of the cats pictured below are looking for their forever homes. If you are that special person and would like to adopt one of these beautiful cats, please email us at: –

Millie and Perry

** AVAILABLE NOW **

Beautiful boy Perry (mostly black face) and sweet girl Millie (white nose markings) are brother and sister. The pair arrived at the sanctuary in August 2024, alongside two other semi-feral cats from Peterlee. Perry and Millie are very shy and love to snuggle and seek shelter in their beds. Whilst at the sanctuary, Millie has started to allow some gentle strokes. With plenty of time and patience, at their pace, Perry and Millie will begin to show their true loving selves when in their forever home.

  • Can be rehomed together or individually
  • Can live with other cats
  • Can live with a cat savvy dog
  • Can live with older children (or adult only household due to their timid nature at present)
  • Can live in a home with access to outdoors, after a 4 week minimum settling in period

Perry and Millie have been neutered and spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and treated for parasites. Home checks and adoption fees apply.

Buddy

** AVAILABLE NOW **

Buddy our Christmas miracle rescue cat, is a very handsome ginger and white male who we believe to be approximately 4-5 years old. Buddy was rescued from a business park in Stokesley, where he was being support fed for many weeks alongside other semi-feral cats. Buddy is a timid cat and life in a cattery is really not suited to his needs. He would greatly benefit from a calm, patient and loving home where he can build his confidence and learn to trust humans.

  • Cannot live with children
  • Not been tested with a dog, but has potential with slow, gentle introductions
  • Advice against rehoming with other cats, as he has some scarring which is likely from fighting with other cats whilst living on the streets. Other cats would be considered, but introductions would need to be slow and gentle
  • Access to outdoors, after a minimum 4 week settling in period

Buddy has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for parasites. Home checks and an adoption fee applies.

Freddie

** AVAILABLE NOW **

Everyone meet Freddie! Freddie has been with us at the sanctuary since November 2024 after living life as a feral cat. He was possibly struggling as he was found seeking shelter in our neighbour’s laundry room. Freddie is very timid and is not used to interacting with people, but we are sure, as with many other feral cats we have worked with, given plenty of time and care he will come round.

  • We would suggest no children in Freddie’s ideal home due to his very timid nature
  • Could live with other cats if introduced carefully
  • Could live with a cat savvy dog (with gentle introductions)
  • Access to outdoors after a minimum 4 week settling in period

Freddie has been neutered, had the first round of vaccinations, treated for parasites and microchipped. As with all of our cats to be rehomed, a home check and adoption fee applies.

Alice

** AVAILABLE NOW **

Meet Alice, a strikingly beautiful calico cat who has been brought in from a semi-feral colony in Saltburn. She has two kittens (Cagney and Lacey also available for rehoming). Alice is very timid and wary of people, but we are sure that in the right home she would gradually come to grow fond of the finer things in life and to not have to fend for herself and her kittens anymore. We estimate Alice’s age to be only 3 years old. Will you be the one to give Alice the home she has been waiting for?

  • Can be rehomed with her two kittens or individually.
  • Could be rehomed with other cats under careful introductions.
  • Could be rehomed with a cat savvy dog.
  • No children.
  • Can go outside after a minimum 4 week settling in period.

Alice has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for parasites. Home checks and an adoption fee applies.

They are gentle, but timid cats for semi-ferals. We estimate their ages to be only 6 months old. Sweet Cagney can be rehomed together with his sister Lacey or on his own. They were brought to the sanctuary from the semi-feral colony who were being support fed in Saltburn. Monty needs no introduction. He is the father of Cagney, Lacey and Frankie and the patriarch of the semi-feral colony rescued from Saltburn. Sadly for Monty his days of fathering kittens are now behind him. His focus is now on finding a home where he can be loved and treated like the prince he is. Stunning Monty is very wary of people, but he is being introduced to contact whilst here at the sanctuary and we are sure that he will become settled, with time and patience, in a loving home. Have you got room in your heart and home for Monty?
