DO NOT LEAVE AN EMAIL OR FACEBOOK MESSAGE. WE ARE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK FROM 9AM TILL 5PM IN WINTER AND 8AM TILL 6PM IN SUMMER.
Our opening times switch to our winter hours from 1st October. We politely request that the latest time for admissions is 4:30pm (it always takes time to admit, stabilise & triage a new patient).
If you find an injured or unwell animal outside of these hours, please either:
🚑 Contact your nearest emergency vets
🚑 Visit www.helpwildlife.co.uk to search for your nearest open rescue centre
🚑 Send us a Facebook message and one of us will get back to you as soon as possible with advice.
🚑 If safe to do so, contain the animal and keep them somewhere warm, dark and quiet until you have reached help.
